All Saints Episcopal Church of the North Shore, Danvers, seeks a focused, detail-oriented, personable, reliable, and organized individual
to join our staff in the role of Parish Administrator.
Duties include clerical, bookkeeping and reception needs and deadlines. Experience as an Administrative Assistant and a high school
diploma required; college degree is a plus! Proficient typing and computer skills are imperative (MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Gmail, marketing program [Mailchimp]; knowledge of On Realm (donor and membership management software) and QuickBooks Online a plus. Position is 19 hours per week, and compensation will be based on experience.
